(Ipoh, 28th) Eadepro Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Eastern Decorator Group, officially launched its Klemeru housing project today, located at the border of Chemor and Meru. The event welcomed potential homebuyers to explore the new development.
The launch attracted a significant crowd, with the event featuring a lion dance and the God of Wealth to welcome attendees. Guests were invited to tour the elegantly decorated show homes and attend a feng shui talk, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
In her opening speech, Eadepro’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Madam Susan Koay, highlighted that the Klemeru project is leading the way in Perak by integrating eco-friendly smart features in each home, such as solar panels and EV charging points, providing an energy-efficient lifestyle for future homeowners.

“The solar panels can save residents up to 80% on their monthly electricity bills while also contributing to environmental sustainability,” she said.
She further shared that Phase 1 of the project, featuring 187 single-story terrace homes, has sold out. Now, Phase 2 has been launched to meet demand, offering 96 double-story terrace homes.
The project spans a total of 115 acres across northern and southern sections. Current development focuses on the southern area, which includes a 4.5-acre integrated park with amenities such as sports fields, a children’s playground, adventure park, running tracks, cycling paths, and outdoor fitness facilities.
The Phase 2 double-story terrace homes measure 22×75 feet, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, ample parking, and storage space. Located in a prime area, travel time between Chemor and Meru has been reduced from 30 minutes to just 5 minutes since the opening of a new connecting road in August last year.
